CURRENT:
TAIWO is well experienced and resourceful financial service professional with a proactive result driven and vision oriented personality, with a cumulative practical working experience of over 30 years which cuts across the Public Sector Finance & Accounting schedule and the Capital Market Investment Advisory/Management, Business Development Customer Management, Stockbroking Operations/Trading, Asset Recovery and Transmission for the next of kin of deceased investors.
He is currently the Chief Operations officer, Standard Union Securities Ltd, overseeing Business Development/Operations, Investment Advisory/Customer Service/relationship management, and branch supervision.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Taiwo, after leaving the Public Service in 2007, had worked with Profund Securities Ltd and Goodtidings Resources Limited/Bytofel Trust & Securities Ltd as a Business development/ Customer Service Executive & representative in Abuja and surrounding States of the North central Region of Nigeria.
- He also worked previously between 2014 and 2021 with Standard union Securities Ltd as the Liaison Officer at the Lagos office
- WCM Capital limited as the Head of Stockbroking Operations, Capitalfield Asset Management Company limited in the Sales and Business Development team before rejoining
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science (ED) degree in Economics from the Lagos State University, Ojoo, Lagos State has the National Certificate of Education (NCE) in Accounting from the then Lagos State College of Education, now Lagos State University of Education, Otoo-Ijanikin, Lagos State.
OTHER INTERESTS AND/OR AFFILIATIONS:
An academically and professionally certified Economist, he is an Associate Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN).
